Cela s\u2019est fait en quatre \u00e9tapes.<br><br><b>I \u2013 L\u2019<i>\u00e9veil des sensations\/des muscles<\/i> a&nbsp;\u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9chauf\u00adfe\u00adment pr\u00e9\u00adcis et long.<\/b><br>Les \u00ab&nbsp;points d\u2019appui&nbsp;\u00bb comme pivots de mou\u00adve\u00adments dyna\u00admiques, ou comme points d\u2019attache \u00e0&nbsp;par\u00adtir des\u00adquels on peut tirer, ou pous\u00adser. <br><br>Le lien entre les points d\u2019appui est venu peu \u00e0&nbsp;peu, cr\u00e9ant une com\u00adplexi\u00adt\u00e9 et vari\u00e9\u00adt\u00e9 de formes. <br><br>Nous avons vu com\u00adment le point d\u2019appui change la force de gra\u00advi\u00adt\u00e9, et lorsque cette force se r\u00e9par\u00adtit \u00e9ga\u00adle\u00adment entre le mur et sur le sol, c\u2019est le monde sans des\u00adsous-des\u00adsus. Ne plus subir la gra\u00advi\u00adt\u00e9, choi\u00adsir ses appuis, la gra\u00advi\u00adt\u00e9 devient rela\u00adtive \u00e0&nbsp;soi, \u00e0&nbsp;sa posi\u00adtion.<br><br><b>II \u2013 Le th\u00e8me \u00e9mer\u00adg\u00e9 des retours sur cet \u00e9chauf\u00adfe\u00adment fut trou\u00adv\u00e9 presque imm\u00e9\u00addia\u00adte\u00adment&nbsp;: les points d\u2019appui.<\/b><br><br>Les pre\u00admi\u00e8res impro\u00advi\u00adsa\u00adtions sur ce th\u00e8me ont mon\u00adtr\u00e9 les points d\u2019appui pas\u00adsifs qui s\u2019immergent dans la gra\u00advi\u00adt\u00e9, ou actifs qui rebon\u00addissent avec elle.<br><br>Est-on plus l\u00e9ger \u00e0&nbsp;plat ventre que sur le dos&nbsp;? Oui pour cer\u00adtains, avec ce r\u00e9flexe archa\u00efque de se mettre \u00e0&nbsp;quatre pattes, pour bon\u00addir&nbsp;? Pour se lever&nbsp;? Pour\u00adtant, on se jette lour\u00adde\u00adment sur le sol \u00e0&nbsp;plat ventre pour dire son d\u00e9ses\u00adpoir \u00e0&nbsp;la terre, on dort allon\u00adg\u00e9 de tout son long face vers le sol pour pro\u00adt\u00e9\u00adger son ventre&nbsp;; sur le dos, on s\u2019offre l\u00e9ger au ciel, au plai\u00adsir, ou on se sou\u00admet \u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019oppresseur et on devient sou\u00addain tel\u00adle\u00adment lourd.<br><br>Bref, l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit influence la sen\u00adsa\u00adtion du poids.<br><br><b>III \u2013 De cet \u00e9chauf\u00adfe\u00adment et du th\u00e8me dan\u00ads\u00e9 en impro\u00advi\u00adsa\u00adtion, nous en sommes venus \u00e0&nbsp;cette <i>ques\u00adtion<\/i> :\/\/ com\u00adment les points d\u2019appui peuvent-ils engen\u00addrer les mou\u00adve\u00adments&nbsp;? Ou encore, qu\u2019est-ce que \u00e7a offre en terme d\u2019\u00e9ventail de mou\u00adve\u00adments&nbsp;? Les impro\u00advi\u00adsa\u00adtions ont don\u00adn\u00e9 trois r\u00e9ponses.<\/b><br><br>1- Chaque par\u00adtie du corps, chaque arti\u00adcu\u00adla\u00adtion peut deve\u00adnir un point d\u2019appui, r\u00e9el ou vir\u00adtuel, pour d\u2019autres par\u00adties du corps, pour\u00advu qu\u2019on y&nbsp;pr\u00eate atten\u00adtion. Les mou\u00adve\u00adments y&nbsp;gagnent en \u00e9qui\u00adlibre, en uni\u00adt\u00e9 et en audace.<br><br>2 \u2013 Selon que l\u2019on place men\u00adta\u00adle\u00adment son centre de gra\u00advi\u00adt\u00e9 au ventre, \u00e0&nbsp;la poi\u00adtrine ou \u00e0&nbsp;la t\u00eate&nbsp;; la sen\u00adsa\u00adtion de son propre poids se module, allant du lourd au l\u00e9ger, en modi\u00adfiant les mou\u00adve\u00adments.<br><br>3 \u2013 Le point d\u2019appui peut faire tendre vers l\u2019\u00e9quilibre ou vers de petits d\u00e9s\u00ad\u00e9qui\u00adlibres comme dans la marche, ou encore per\u00admet au corps de se pro\u00adpul\u00adser, comme le font les star\u00adting blocks dans la course \u00e0&nbsp;pied.<br><br><b>IV \u2013 De l\u00e0, nous avons d\u00e9ci\u00add\u00e9 des <i>mises en situa\u00adtion<\/i> nous per\u00admet\u00adtant d\u2019explorer toutes ces ques\u00adtions et obser\u00adva\u00adtions.<\/b><br><br>- La pre\u00admi\u00e8re mise en situa\u00adtion nous a&nbsp;fait choi\u00adsir une arti\u00adcu\u00adla\u00adtion point d\u2019appui dif\u00adf\u00e9\u00adrente pour cha\u00adcun dans son impro\u00advi\u00adsa\u00adtion.<br><br>* La nuque, si fra\u00adgile et si impor\u00adtante, pour laquelle l\u2019attention por\u00adt\u00e9e sert d\u2019\u00e9crin r\u00e9con\u00adfor\u00adtant, est deve\u00adnue source de mou\u00adve\u00adments de la t\u00eate et du reste du corps, mou\u00adve\u00adments \u00e0&nbsp;peine croyables de rapi\u00addi\u00adt\u00e9 et d\u2019amplitude.<br>* La che\u00adville \u00ab&nbsp;volume-den\u00adsi\u00adt\u00e9-poids-pr\u00e9\u00adsence-conscience&nbsp;\u00bb, garante de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre debout avec une pr\u00e9\u00adci\u00adsion d\u2019orf\u00e8vre.<br>* Le bas\u00adsin \u00ab&nbsp;absorbe&nbsp;\u00bb le poids des pieds, per\u00admet la mobi\u00adli\u00adt\u00e9 du haut du corps.
